disneyland with the fam

a few days before memorial day weekend, i had some of my family in town for a quick vacation. of course we spent the whole time at disneyland! where else?? 

this was on the sunwheel. one of my least favorite rides at california adventure. i've got a pretty bad fear of heights and this ride just doesn't do it for me. 

i've never actually ridden ANY of the rides at cars land. the lines are always ridiculous. we did walk around and see the sights though. and partook of the DELICIOUS pretzel balls and cheese. i could spend all day at disneyland just eating the food.  

davie and amy made a cute announcement to everyone! cece is going to be a big sister. we have so many new additions to the family coming soon. doesn't make me baby hungry at all ;)

my little brother nathan's favorite ride is actually the jungle cruise....boresville 

on friday the 23rd, disneyland was going to be open for a full 24 hours and the park was open at 6am. we got there right at 6 and it was PACKED. never in my life have i seen so many people. it was insane. we decided churros were a definite need to start the day.  

tea cups selfie. we were in a cup right next to a lady reporting on the news! it was nuts. there were cameras and news people everywhere all day. 

small world. one of the only rides we could all ride together. the fact that my dad is smiling in a selfie picture is huge.

we didn't make it the whole 24 hours. we left around 4 for dinner and naps and then i went to go pick up lando so he could join us all night. we got back to the park around 11:30 and left around 2 am. it was so busy and they said it'd stay busy till the next morning. almost every single ride was a 2 hour wait. it was a great trip. now i just have to convince more people to come and visit!
